Arijit Singh, the popular and favourite Indian playback singer, has an upcoming concert in Pune and the ticket prices have left the country in shock and begun a meme riot on the internet. The ticket prices start from Rs 999 for the standing area and go up to Rs 16 lakh for a premium lounge.
The premium lounge can accommodate 40 people which makes the price Rs 40, 000 each which is also a shocker for normal people in India. This left the fans shocked and disappointed and gave rise to several memes.
Sharing a screenshot of the ticket prices, a Twitter user wrote, “i love arijist singh but i won’t be spending so much.”

“1.6m?? Is he giving lap dances or something?" wrote one user. Another stated, "PL1 16 lakhs?? Kya Ghar mein aake bedroom mein serenading numbers gaayega kya?" A third person wrote, "16 lakhs damn, that's like 4 years engg college fees." One person asked, "Arijit Singh, what is this harry styles like behaviour?' wrote one user.

Recently, the singer spoke about the pressure of performing in a live concert. He said that a live concert is like an exam for which he takes preparations and then performs. He further added that he is forced to be alert at all times as there are chances of making mistakes as well during a live as well.
