Tomato Bharta Recipe
Tomato Bharta is a blend of tomato flavours with onion, green chillies, and garlic. It is one of the comforting side dishes that you can serve with rice or even with roti or paratha.
How To Make Tomato Bharta?
Here’s a step-by-step guide to make tomato bharta at home:
Step 1: Take a pan and put it on a medium flame.
Step 2: Add 2 teaspoons of oil and garlic cloves.
Step 3: Saute it for a few minutes until golden brown.
Step 4: Now take dry red chilli and saute it until golden brown.
Step 5: Keep the red chillies and garlic clove aside.
Step 6: Meanwhile chop onion and roast in the same pan until golden brown.
Step 7: In the same pan, put all the tomatoes cut into two halves.
Step 8: Let it saute until it starts peeling off.
Step 9: Now take a bowl, add roasted tomatoes, garlic, roasted onion, chopped onions, red chillies and mix them to make a bharta.
Step 10: Add salt as per the taste and garnish with coriander leaves and a few drops of oil.
You can try this tomato bharta with rice or paratha as a part of your quick comforting meal.
