Ingredients
- 3 Cups of sushi rice
- 4 cups water
- 6 tablespoons Sugar
- 1/2 tablespoons of Salt
- 2 cups of coconut milk
- 3 teaspoons of vanilla essence
- Fruits(mango
- pineapple
- kiwi
- banana
- orange)
Instructions
- Step 1
- Rinse the rice thoroughly and wash away the milky deposits on it.

- In a saucepan, mix rice with 4 cups of water, 2 tablespoons sugar and salt and let it all simmer.

- Turn the flame to low and cook for about 15 minutes.

- After the water is absorbed into the rice, add coconut milk and stir.
