Though it does not have a lot of sugar content, it is enough to feed all your sweet cravings!

  • 6 Slices Of Bread
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ Cup Of Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • ¼ Tsp Cinnamon
  • Pinch Of Salt
  • ¼ Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Butter
  • Honey/Maple Syrup
  • Seasonal Fruits


Step 1
Take a bowl and crack the eggs in it. Whisk it roughly.
Step 2
To this, add milk and mix again.
Step 3
Add the granulated sugar and cinnamon powder. Mix it well so the sugar combines evenly.
Step 4
To the batter, add a pinch of salt and vanilla essence.
Step 5
Use a fork or a whisk to completely mix the ingredients together. They must form a smooth batter by the end.
Step 6
Take a frying pan and place it on medium heat.
Step 7
Add butter to the pan and spread it evenly. If the butter is burning you can add a tablespoon of vegetable oil to it.

When the butter is hot and is turning brown it is ready to cook your toasts.

Take one slice of bread and duck it into your batter on both sides. Get it well coated and then place it on the pan.
Step 10
Let the bread cook for 2-3 minutes and make sure it is golden brown before you flip it. Make sure both sides are cooked evenly. Do the same with all the slices of bread.
Step 11
Place all the slices on a plate and pour some honey or maple syrup on it, cut some seasonal fruits on the top and serve hot!
