Ingredients:
- One cup of rolled oats
- Half a cup of almonds
- Half a cup of cashews
- One-fourth cup of flax seeds
- One-fourth cup sunflower seeds
- 6-8 pitted dates
- Two tbsp natural peanut butter or almond butter
- 1-2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- One tsp cardamom powder
- One tbsp ghee or coconut oil
- A pinch of salt

Procedure
- Dry roast oats, nuts, and seeds one by one on low heat until fragrant. Let them cool, then grind the oats into a powder and grind the nuts and seeds.
- Now, blend the dates until they form a thick paste. Add a little water if needed to soften them.
- In a large bowl, combine the powdered oats, ground nuts, seed mix, cocoa powder, and cardamom powder.
- Stir in the date paste, peanut/almond butter, and ghee or coconut oil. Mix well using your hands until everything binds together.
