Ingredients

  • 250g cooking chocolate
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 handful chocolate chips for garnishing

  • Step 1 :

    To prepare this irresistible dessert, begin with breaking chocolate into smaller pieces and transfer in a large bowl.

  • Step 2 :

    Place the chocolate and butter in a double boiler. If you don’t have a double boiler, place it in a bowl and then place that bowl in a hot water.

  • Step 3 :

    Once the chocolate is properly melted, turn off the heat. Take a separate bowl and whisk eggs in it.

  • Step 4 :

    Slowly add the chocolate mixture to it and mix well. Pour this mixture into cups and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

  • Step 5 :

    Once done, garnish the chocolate mousse with the chocolate chips, or whipped cream and serve.
