Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup milk powder
  • 1/2 litre full cream milk
  • 2 pistachios
  • 50 gm condensed milk
  • 3-4 cashews
  • 1/2 tsp powdered green cardamom
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Step

  • Step 1 :

    To prepare this irresistible dessert, start with soaking saffron in a tsp of warm milk. Keep aside.

  • Step 2 :

    Boil milk in a pan over medium flame. Add condensed milk in the pan and let it cook for a couple of minutes.

  • Step 3 :

    Next, add chopped nuts and cook until the milk reduces to half.

  • Step 4 :

    Add milk powder, cardamom powder and saffron milk in the pan. Mix well and let it boil for a couple of minutes.

  • Step 5 :

    After a few minutes, turn off the flame and transfer the rabri in a bowl and serve!
