To prepare chicken farcha, you need to marinate the chicken pieces in all the spices. After it is marinated, coat it in breadcrumbs and egg. Now, deep fry these chicken pieces and your chicken farcha is ready to be served. Do remember to serve it with mint chutney or any dip of your choice.

  • Bread Crumbs
  • 500 Gm Chicken
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili
  • ½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • 2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Salt
  • 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • ¼ Tsp Cooking Coda
  • Half Lemon
  • 3 Eggs
  • Oil


Step 1
Take ½ kg chicken and cut medium size pieces. For marination, add black pepper powder, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt.
Step 2
To make chicken soft, add baking soda and lemon juice to enhance taste. Mix all the ingredients and keep aside for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Now, coat the chicken pieces using bread crumbs.
Step 4
Now, take 3 eggs and add salt. Beat these eggs.
Step 5
Now dip the chicken pieces in the egg and deep fry these pieces in a pan filled with heated oil.

Cook chicken on low flame. Chicken farcha is now ready.
