Begin by combining old-fashioned oats and chia seeds. You may use a bowl, a mason jar, or simply a set of glass cups.

After that, stir in the Greek or vegan yoghurt and vanilla essence.

Then add the sweetener of choice and the milk. Then, mix the overnight oats until no clumps are visible. Then, cover or seal with a lid and refrigerate in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
