  2. Also wash the dal and soak it separately for four hours as well.
  3. Now grind the dal with crushed ice until fine paste.
  4. Separately grind the rice with crushed ice until coarse.
  5. Mix rice with ground dal and grind together for 0.5 mins adding in the multigrain flour.
  6. Add salt and keep it for fermenting at room temperature.
  7. Make Idlis once fermented in Moulds, Steaming in for Twelve minutes.
