Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup maids
- 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter
- ½ cup milk
- 1 ½ tablespoon baking powder
Instructions
- Step 1
- Pre Heat the overn at 180 degrees.
- Step 2
- In a bowl combine mashed bananas, sugar and butter until sugar is mixed.
- Step 3
- Then add maida and baking powder and mix until well combined and smooth.
- Step 4
- Transfer into a greased mould.
- Step 5
- And bake for 35-40 mins or until cooked and light golden in colour.
- Step 6
- Let it cool under room temperature.
