Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 chopped corainder leaves
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tbsp green chilli
  • 2 cup wheat flour
  • salt as required
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 4 tbsp ghee

Step

  • Step 1 :

    In a bowl, add wheat flour along with grated carrots, chopped onions, chopped ginger, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, salt, and water in it. Knead all ingredients together to make a soft dough.

  • Step 2 :

    Make small balls out of this dough. Now, using a rolling pin, flatten out the dough balls into disc-shaped parathas.

  • Step 3 :

    Heat tawa over a medium flame. Once hot, drizzle some oil and place the paratha on it. Let it cook for few seconds.

  • Step 4 :

    After a few seconds, flip it and then drizzle some oil on the paratha. Cook until it turns golden brown.

  • Step 5 :

    Transfer these parathas onto a plate and serve hot with curd and tangy chutney.
