  • Start by juicing one whole lemon. You can use a juicer or your hands.
  • Take a tall glass and pour the lemon juice.
  • Next, add two whole green chillies.
  • Add around a cup of crushed ice to the glass.
  • Take three tablespoons of soaked sabza or basil seeds and add them to the glass.
  • Next, put eight to ten mint leaves in the glass.
  • For a hint of sweetness, add two tablespoons of sugar syrup.
  • Lastly, add enough water to the mixture as per your preference.
  • Shake the Kulukki Sarbath well till everything is mixed.
  • Cut one green chilli from the middle and garnish the glass with it.

  • 1 Lemon
  • 3 Green Chillis
  • 1 Cup Of Crushed Ice
