Easy And Quick Recipe To Make Hobak Bokkeum (Korean Zucchini Stir Fry)
Heat a pan over low heat and add cooking oil to it and evenly spread it to heat it on a low flame. Add chopped garlic and onion to it and stir fry them till they are golden and translucent respectively. Now, add the zucchini and stir fry the mixture on medium flame but make sure you cut the zucchini for stir fry into thinly sliced half-moon shapes. Use salt for seasoning and cook for about three to four minutes until the contents are fully tender.
Finish it off by quickly stir-frying it with some sprinkled sesame oil and sesame seeds. You can serve it with a bowl of rice, any Korean side dishes, or chapatis as you like. You can also store the cooked zucchini in the refrigerator after letting it cool completely and keeping it in an airtight container. It is likely to stay fresh for up to four days.
