How To Make Korean Rice Balls:
1. In a medium-sized bowl first add the cooked tuna/ meat/ chicken, black pepper, sesame seeds, sesame oil, Japanese mayonnaise, and salt and mix it thoroughly.
2. With a little vegetable oil, saute the finely sliced carrots and onions until they are tender, for about 3-5 minutes. Then add the cooked rice to the chopped carrots and onions.
3. Let your hands be slightly wet and take a handful of rice roughly 2 tbsp.
4. Roll it into a golf ball-sized ball by squeezing it together. For the remaining rice mixture, repeat the same process. (To form the balls, use plastic wrap or plastic gloves)
5. Put seaweed with seasoning in a small bowl. To evenly coat the balls, roll them in the seaweed seasoning. Also, remember to press the balls into the seasoned seaweed flakes with your hands.
6. Garnish it with some roasted sesame seeds. Serve immediately with some kimchi and enjoy.
