  • 8-10 frozen or homemade dumplings (mandu)
  • 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon gochugaru (Korean chilli powder)
  • 2 chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

  • Step 1 :

    Bring broth to a boil, then add dumplings and cook as directed in the package.
