    How To Make Vegetabe Kathi Roll?

    • Knead whole wheat flour, salt, water and oil together to prepare a dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
    • Peel and boil potatoes. Boil for 3-5 minutes.
    • In a pan, add oil and cumin seeds. Once it starts to splutter, add chopped onions and green chillies.
    • Now, add tomato sauce and stir well. Then add sliced carrots and corn and cook.
    • Mix coriander powder, salt and red chili powder.
    • Add boiled potatoes and mix everything well. Cook for 5 minutes. Then add chopped coriander.
    • With the dough, roll 4 pieces and make thin parathas.
    • On the same pan, add veggies on paratha.
    • Fold and roll it.
    • Using a toothpick, stick them together. Serve the tasty rolls.

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup Whole wheat flour
    • 1/4 cup Water
    • Salt Oil
    • 150 gram Potatoes
    • 50 gram Carrot
    • 50 gram Corn
    • Other veggies of choice
    • 2 tbsp Tomato sauce
    • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
    • 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
    • 1/4 tsp Red chili powder
    • 1 tbsp Chopped onion
    • 1 tbsp Chopped coriander
    • 1 tbsp Cooking oil

    Instructions

    Step 1
    Prepare paratha dough using- 1 cup whole wheat flour, salt, 1/4 cup water, 1 tbsp oil. Knead together to make a dough. Keep the dough aside for 30 minutes.
    Step 2
    Peel some potatoes. Boil until well cooked. It will take 3-5 minutes.

    In a pan, add oil. Then, add cumin seeds and let it splutter. Now, add chopped onions and green chili.

    Add tomato sauce and stir well. Now, add sliced carrot and corn. Cook for 5 minutes.

    Next, add boiled potatoes and mix well. Let it cook for 5 minutes. Add chopped coriander and keep it aside.

    Now, take the dough and divide it into 4 pieces. Roll each pieces thin and make parathas in a pan.

    On the same pan, place cooked veggies on the paratha. You can add sliced cucumber in the middle.

    Fold it from the bottom side up and fold the sides. Roll it.
