How To Make Vegetabe Kathi Roll?
- Knead whole wheat flour, salt, water and oil together to prepare a dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Peel and boil potatoes. Boil for 3-5 minutes.
- In a pan, add oil and cumin seeds. Once it starts to splutter, add chopped onions and green chillies.
- Now, add tomato sauce and stir well. Then add sliced carrots and corn and cook.
- Mix coriander powder, salt and red chili powder.
- Add boiled potatoes and mix everything well. Cook for 5 minutes. Then add chopped coriander.
- With the dough, roll 4 pieces and make thin parathas.
- On the same pan, add veggies on paratha.
- Fold and roll it.
- Using a toothpick, stick them together. Serve the tasty rolls.
