How To Make Tangy Mango Salad
Here’s how to make Tangy Mango salad recipe at home:
Step 1: Wash all the vegetables and fruits thoroughly under running water.
Step 2: Take a bowl and chop all the fruits and vegetables including mangoes, carrots, and cucumber into bite-size pieces. Keep them in uniform size.
Step 3: Now take a pan and roast the peanuts slightly.
Step 4: Grind the peanuts to make a coarse mixture.
Step 5: Mix all the chopped ingredients together along with the coarse peanuts and pomegranate.
Step 6: Now add all the dressing ingredients in another small bowl and mix well.
Step 7: Finally add the dressing to the salad, mix them well, and top it with crushed roasted peanuts.
