- Take a baking pan and spread walnuts on it.
- Bake the walnuts for 5-7 minutes or until they are golden brown.
- Take a small bowl and add sugar, salt, garlic powder, cumin, cinnamon and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
- Now, heat some oil in a non-stick pan over medium flame.
- Add nuts to the pan and stir coat them with oil.
- Add the spice mix to the pan and stir until the nuts are coated.
- Now, remove them on a paper towel and allow them to cool down.
