Therefore, we are here with a healthy snacking option, spiced walnuts. Spiced walnuts can be prepared in under 10 minutes and you will love the sweet and sour flavour. The best part is that this is filled with nutrition.

  • Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  • Take a baking pan and spread walnuts on it.
  • Bake the walnuts for 5-7 minutes or until they are golden brown.
  • Take a small bowl and add sugar, salt, garlic powder, cumin, cinnamon and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
  • Now, heat some oil in a non-stick pan over medium flame.
  • Add nuts to the pan and stir coat them with oil.
  • Add the spice mix to the pan and stir until the nuts are coated.
  • Now, remove them on a paper towel and allow them to cool down.

  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • ¼ Tsp Salt
  • ½ Tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 Tbsp Canola Oil
