How To Make Ada Pradhaman:
- To make Ada Pradhaman first you need to soak the rice ada in hot water for 15 minutes, then drain and rinse it well.
- Now take a heavy-bottomed pan, and heat the ghee over medium heat.
- Add the cashew nuts and raisins and saute for a minute or until golden and fragrant.
- Add the jaggery and water and cook, stirring occasionally, until the jaggery melts and the syrup is slightly thickened.
- Add the rice ada and cook, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes, or until the ada is soft and translucent.
- Add the thick coconut milk and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the ada is well coated in the coconut milk.
- Reduce the heat to low and add the thin coconut milk, a little at a time, stirring constantly, until the ada is cooked through and the dish has thickened as per your preference.
