You might have had a variety of cutlets, from potatoes to chickpeas. However, today we are here with the recipe of raw banana cutlets. We know that this might sound weird to you but they are really tasty and also, easy to make. Make these as evening snacks for you kids or guests and trust me, everyone will surely love these.
- Firstly, pressure cook the bananas for 10 minutes. Remember to pressure cook with the peel on. Switch off the heat and let the pressure release.
- Once cooled, peel the skin. Take a mixing bowl and mash bananas in it.
- Add mashed boiled potatoes along with all the spices, corn flour and green chillies. Mix well to form a dough.
- Grease your hands with some oil. Now, take small portions of the dough and give it a shape of cutlet.
- Heat some oil in a pan. Fry the cutlets until they are golden brown from both the sides.
- Your raw banana cutlets are now ready to be served with your choice of dip.
