How To Make?
- Start by preparing for the spinach gravy by plucking fresh and tender spinach leaves.
- Put the leaves in a vessel and rinse them at least 4-5 times under running water. Drain the excess water.
- In a pan, add some cooking oil followed by green chillies and spinach leaves. Saute them.
- Blend the mixture while adding water and form a smooth paste.
- Next, heat the oil and butter in the kadhai.
- Add cinnamon, cloves, cumin seeds, cardamom, and saute them.
- Then, add onion and fry till it turns golden brown.
- Saute ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, and tomatoes till they turn soft.
- Pour water and cook covered until onions are completely soft.
- Add kasuri methi and pureed spinach. Mix them well and cook until the dish begins to bubble.
- Then, add paneer cubes and mix well.
- Garnish the Palak Paneer with fresh cream and enjoy!
