    Easy Watermelon Salad

    A cold bowl of watermelon can be blissful in the humid monsoon. With the temperature rising high, there is nothing more suitable than sweet, fresh and juicy chunks of watermelon. Fruitarians all over the globe have come up with new and innovative ways of consuming watermelon in a variety of ways. Some simply whip them into a smoothie or crush them into fresh juice with a slight hint of mint leaves. However, for the ones who are always looking forward to pushing boundaries, salads come in handy.

    • 500 grams of sliced and scooped fresh watermelon 
    • 2 teaspoon of vinegar 
    • 1 teaspoon of salt 
    • 100 grams of sliced and chopped cucumber 
    • 1 chopped red onion 
    • 1 teaspoon of lime juice
    • A handful of coriander and mint leaves 
    • 2 teaspoon of olive oil 
    • 1/2 tablespoon of honey 
    • 50 gram of feta cheese

    • Chop and deseed watermelon pieces 
    • In a separate bowl prepare the dressing 
    • Mix olive oil, vinegar, salt, honey and lime juice together
    • Spread feta cheese on chopped watermelon 
    • Now, add the dressing carefully 
    • Toss the mixture and check the salt content 
    • If need be, sprinkle some more
    • To garnish add coriander and mint leaves
