●In a bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and castor sugar, then whisk until smooth and well mixed.
●Add milk and vanilla extract in it and mix.
●Next, add flour, cornflour, and baking soda to the mixture and mix until a dough forms.
●Gently fold the chopped dark chocolate and pistachios into the dough until they're evenly distributed.
●To make the pistachio paste, blend pistachios, white chocolate, and condensed milk in a blender jar until smooth. Scoop out 1 tablespoon of the paste and freeze for 10-15 minutes, or until set.
●Scoop out equal-sized portions of cookie dough, then wrap each portion around a pistachio paste ball, enclosing it completely.
●Top the cookies with additional dark chocolate chips and pistachios, then refrigerate them for 10-12 minutes.
