How To Make Chicken Vada Pav?

Here is how you can make chicken vada pav at home:

  • Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onions, ginger, garlic, and green chilies until soft.
  • Add the minced chicken, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook the chicken on medium heat, stirring until the chicken is cooked and well combined with the spices.
  • Add lemon juice and fresh coriander leaves. Mix well and let the mixture cool.
  • Once cool, shape the chicken mixture into small, round patties (vada-sized).
  • In a bowl, mix chickpea flour with water to make a thick, smooth batter. Add a pinch of salt and turmeric to the batter.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan for frying. Dip the chicken patties into the chickpea batter and coat them evenly.
  • Gently place the coated chicken vadas into the hot oil and fry until they turn golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  • Slice the pav buns in half and lightly toast them with butter on a hot pan.

  • 300g minced chicken 1 small onion

  • Step 1 :
