Bread Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
- A loaf of half-pound bread pre-sliced
- 3/4 cup of powdered sugar
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup walnuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon butter

Method
- Soak the bread slices in milk and mash it into a pulp
- Add in the sugar, egg and vanilla essence and mix well
