Ingredients

  • 200 Gram Chicken Breast
  • 2 Eggs
  • 6 Gram Italian Seasoning
  • Salt As Per Taste
  • 60 Gram Flour
  • 30 Gram Parmesan Cheese
  • 30 Gram Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 30 Gram Yellow Cheddar Cheese
  • 100 Gram Bread Crumbs
  • 160 Gram Tomato Sauce
  • 10 Gram Basil Leaves

Instructions

Step 1
Take a boneless chicken breast cut it into half.
Step 2
Marinate chicken breast with Italian seasoning and salt, keep aside for half an hour.
Step 3
Now take the chicken and dip in egg batter and Parmesan cheese.
Step 4
Dust it with flour and then again in the egg batter, coating it with bread crumbs in the end.
Step 5
Now shallow fry.
Step 6
Place the chicken breasts on the baking tray.
Step 7
Top with mozzarella and yellow cheddar cheese and bake till the cheese melts.
Step 8
Serve with mashed potatoes and a seasoning of basil leaves and tomato sauce, as per taste. You can also have some sauted vegetables on the side.
