  • 1 cup rice
  • 1/2 cup soaked chana dal
  • 3 chopped green chillies
  • 2 cloves
  • salt as required
  • 2 curry leaves
  • chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 small size chopped onion
  • a pinch of turmeric powder
  • 1/3 cup water

Soak rice and dal for 6-7 hours.
