Ingredients

  • 4 rasmalai
  • 2 tsp instant coffee powder
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • Whipped cream
  • 1 eggless sponge cake
  • Icing sugar
  • Cocoa powder
  • 1 cup water

Step

  • Step 1 :

    To make this scrumptious delight, start with heating water in a pan. Add coffee powder and boil for a minute or two.

  • Step 2 :

    Meanwhile, whip mascarpone cheese in a separate pan for about 30 seconds. Add whipped cream, mix well and set aside.

  • Step 3 :

    Cut vertical roundels from the cake with a cookie cutter and further cut them horizontally into ½ inch thick round slices.

  • Step 4 :

    Take 2 glasses and then place a cake slice at the base of each glass.

  • Step 5 :

    Pour 2-3 tbsps coffee in each glass, along with 2tbsps of mascarpone cheese-cream mixture.

  • Step 6 :

    Take 2 rasmalai and place one in each glass. Add 2-3 tbsp of coffee powder over it and then place one more rasmalai in each glass.

  • Step 7 :

    Lightly tap the glasses and put 2 tbsp of cheese-cream mixture in each glasses.

  • Step 8 :

    Sieve cocoa powder and icing sugar on the top and bon appetit!!
