Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp roasted cashews
  • 2 medium-sized tomato
  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  • 2 green chillies
  • salt as required
  • 2 tbsp fresh cream
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • chopped coriander leaves
  • 8-10 cashews
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paneer masala
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
  • 1/2 cup water

Step

  • Step 1 :

    Start with heating oil in a pan and add bay leaves to it. Cook for a few seconds, then add tomato to it. Mix well.

  • Step 2 :

    Meanwhile, grind normal cashews in a blender and keep them aside.

  • Step 3 :

    Add tomato mixture in the blender and grind it into a fine paste.

  • Step 4 :

    Next, add this tomato puree in a pan and cook for 4-5 minutes.

  • Step 5 :

    Add ginger paste along with cashew powder and spices in it and mix well.

  • Step 6 :

    Let it cook for 7-8 minutes before adding paneer masala and salt to it.

  • Step 7 :

    After 7-8 minutes, turn off the flame and garnish it with fresh cream and coriander leaves and serve!
