1. Wash the fresh mint leaves thoroughly. In a blender or food processor, combine the mint leaves with a tablespoon of water and blend until you achieve a smooth paste. Set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the plain yoghurt until smooth and creamy.
3. Add the prepared mint paste to the yoghurt and mix until well combined.
