How To Make Dahi Puri
1. Firstly boil the potatoes and let them cool. The potatoes can be boiled in a pressure cooker or boiling pan. After the potatoes are cool enough to handle, peel and mash the potatoes.
2. Then to prepare the filling first take the mash potatoes in a bowl and add chaat masala, cumin powder, red chilli powder, and salt and mix everything well.
3. Whisk the yoghurt until it becomes smooth and set it aside.
4. Then finely chop the tomatoes, onions, and coriander leaves and add them to the yoghurt.
5. Then on a plate, arrange the puris or Golgappa in order.
6. Fill the puris with the mashed potatoes filling.
7. Put tamarind and coriander chutney on top of the stuffed puris.
8. Add the yogurt to each puri. Then sprinkle chaat masala, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt as per your taste.
9. Then at last garnish the dahi puri with chopped coriander leaves and it is ready to be served. (also have it before they become soggy)
