Here’s how to make this mouthwatering Cheese Paneer Paratha at home:
How To Make Cheese Paneer Paratha:
1. For this recipe begin by preparing the dough. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, oil, and salt. Gradually add water and knead the mixture into a smooth, soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
2. Now make the filling. In another bowl, mix together the grated paneer, grated cheese, chopped onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, cumin powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, chaat masala powder, and salt. Ensure all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
3. Divide the dough into equal-sized balls. Take one portion of the dough and roll it into a small circle on a lightly floured surface. Place a spoonful of the cheese paneer filling in the centre of the rolled dough circle. Gather the edges of the dough and pinch them together to seal the filling inside, then gently flatten it with your hands.
4. Now heat a tawa over medium heat. Place the stuffed paratha on the hot tawa and cook for a 1-2 minutes. Flip the paratha and drizzle a little oil around the edges. Cook until both sides are golden brown and crispy, pressing gently with a spatula to ensure even cooking.
5. Remove the Cheese Paneer Paratha from the pan and transfer it to a serving plate. Serve hot with some yoghurt, pickle, or chutney.
