How To Make Cabbage And Egg Omelette
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cabbage, green onions, beaten egg, and rice flour. Add some salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything together until it's well combined.
2. Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot, add a bit of cooking oil and make sure it’s spread evenly across the surface.
3. Then pour half of the cabbage mixture into the pan. Let it cook for a few minutes until the edges start to firm up and the center is still slightly soft.
4. When the omelette is set, reduce the heat to medium to avoid burning. Carefully flip it over and cook for another couple of minutes until fully done. Transfer to a plate.
5. Now repeat the same process with the remaining cabbage mixture, cooking the second omelette in the same way.
6. Serve Cabbage Omelette hot with some okonomiyaki sauce and a little mayonnaise for flavour.
