- 1 cup curry leaves
- ¼ cup urad dal
- ¼ cup chana dal
- 1 tbsp coriander
- 2 tsp cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- A pinch of hing
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
Curry Leaves Chutney Recipe
- Roast all the ingredients then transfer into the mixer. Add chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and hing.
- Grind coarsely then store in an airtight container.
- Serve with roti, paratha or curd.
