Ingredients for Curry Leaves Chutney

  • 1 cup curry leaves
  • ¼ cup urad dal
  • ¼ cup chana dal
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • A pinch of hing
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut

  1. Roast all the ingredients then transfer into the mixer. Add chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and hing.
  2. Grind coarsely then store in an airtight container.
  3. Serve with roti, paratha or curd.
