Ingredients

  • 4 Bread Slices 1/4 cup Rava
  • 1 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped Tomato
  • 1/2 Green Chilli
  • 2 tablespoons Curd
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1-2 tablespoons Oil Salt to taste

Step

  • Step 1 :

    Add 1/4 cup rava in a medium bowl.

  • Step 2 :

    Now, add all your vegetables. Start by adding onions, tomato and lastly green chilies. Mix well using a spoon.

  • Step 3 :

    Add 2 tablespoons curd, 1 tablespoon flour and salt. Add 1/4 cup of water. Keep the consistency thick.

  • Step 4 :

    Take a bread slice and spread the prepared mixture thinly and evenly.

  • Step 5 :

    Put 1/2-1 teaspoon oil on a tava. Heat on medium flame.

  • Step 6 :

    Place the bread slice on tava. Put the mixture side down to allow it to cook well.

  • Step 7 :

    Keep cooking on medium flame until bottom surface turns golden brown. Lastly flip to the other side and let it also turn crispy.

  • Step 8 :

    Once done, place it on a plate.Repeat the process on other bread slices too. Lastly, cut the cooked slices into desired shapes.
