    Indo-chinese food is surely everyone’s favourite and there can’t be anything more comforting than a warm chicken sweet corn soup. This delicious and healthy recipe filled with several nutrients is really easy to make at home and your kids will surely love it.

    To prepare this delicious soup, first heat some oil in wok and add white spring onions, minced garlic and chopped celery to it. Now, add corn paste and chicken stock to it. Now, increase the heat and add salt, black pepper and corn. Let the soup boil.

    Once the soup is about to boil, add chicken and stir it well. Now, add cornflour slurry for perfect consistency. After this, you need to add egg whites to the soup and stir it well. Now, pour it into a bowl and garnish it with green spring onions. Chicken sweet corn soup is now ready to be served.

    Ingredients

    • Spring Onion (Green)
    • 1 1/2 Cup Corn (Boiled)
    • Water
    • 200 Grams Boneless Chicken Breast (Shredded)
    • 1 Tbsp. Oil
    • 1 Tbsp. Spring Onions (White)
    • 1 Tbsp. Celery
    • 1 1/2 Tsp Garlic (Minced)
    • Corn
    • 3 Cups Chicken Stock
    • Black Pepper (Crushed)
    • Salt
    • 1 Tsp Sugar
    • 1 Tbsp. Cornflour
    • 2 Egg Whites

    Instructions

    Step 1
    Take some corn and water in a blender & grind to make a paste.
    Step 2
    Take a wok and heat some oil. Add spring onion (white), finely chopped celery and minced garlic in it.
    Step 3
    Add the corn paste and swirl it around. Now add chicken stock and mix it well.
    Step 4
    Increase the heat, add crushed black pepper, salt, and corn. Let it boil.
    Step 5
    Once it is about to boil, add chicken and stir it around. Also, add sugar for taste.
    Step 6
    Now add cornflour slurry (cornflour + water) and stir it well to maintain consistency. Take egg whites and add a little into the soup.
    Step 7
    Turn off the heat. Add spring onions (green) and the Chicken Sweet Corn Soup is ready to be served.
