How To Make Cajun Potato?
- Wash the potatoes well and boil it for 1- 2 whistles. Allow it to cool down.
- Once potatoes are little cold, lightly press them using the palm of your hand.
- Then, take cornflour and water in a bowl. Heat oil in pan. Then throw the potatoes in the cornflour mixture and coat it well. Then, drop them into the hot oil and fry till golden brown. Place the potatoes on a platter.
- To make sauce- mix mayonnaise, paprika,thyme, parsley, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper powder and salt in a bowl
- Pour the sauce over your potatoes and toss.

Ingredients
- 20 baby potato
- water
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp parsley
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/4 cup corn flour 3 tbsp onion
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1
- Wash and rinse the potato thoroughly before boiling it for 1-2 whistles in a pressure cooker. If you're going to boil it in a pot, only cook it until it's fork-tender. Allow the potatoes to cool after they've been boiled.

- Once potatoes are cooked and a little cold, lightly press them with the palm of your hand. But don’t press very hard.
