  • Take soya chunks and boil in water for about 5-8 minutes. 
  • Wash and keep aside after removing excess water. 
  • To make the marination, dry roast gram flour.
  • Meanwhile, add all your spices to a mixer grinder, and gride to make a coarse mixture. 
  • Place a pan on the stove, and add oil.
  • Put soya chunks, gram flour and grinded mixture in it. 
  • Once done, place soya kebabs in skewers. 
  • Cook the kebabs in a hot pan or your oven.

  • 1 Cup Of Soya Chunk
  • 1 Tablespoon Grated Ginger
  • 8-10 Garlic Cloves
  • 3-4 Dry Red Chillies
  • 3-4 Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon Biryani Masala
  • ½ Cup Gram Flour
  • ¼ Cup Golden Fried Onion
  • Salt To Taste
  • Oil To Cook


Step 1
To make this dish, boil, wash and dry soya chunks. In a pan, dry roast gram flour.

In your mixer grinder, add all the spices and make a marination mixture.

Combine all the elements together and place kebabs in skewers.

Preheat your oven or pan.
