Quick & Creamy 3-Ingredient Mango Ice Cream
Mango ice cream is the best dish to have on any hot day. One scoop of it and you instantly get transported to a dream land. After I got bored of the mango ice creams sold outside, I tried this creamy 3-ingredient mango ice cream last weekend,and trust me, it tasted better than half the store-bought ones.
Ingredients You’ll Need:
- 2 large ripe mangoes (the sweeter, the better)
- 1 cup fresh cream (chilled)
- ½ cup condensed milk

How to Make It:
1. Peel & Chop Those Mangoes
Start by peeling the mangoes and chopping them into small cubes. Toss them into a blender and aim for a silky smooth puree. No lumps allowed here!
2. Add the Sweetness
Pour in the chilled fresh cream and condensed milk. Blend it all again till it turns into this thick, creamy mixture that you’ll honestly want to eat straight out of the blender. (Been there, done that.)
3. Freeze to Perfection
Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container. Cover it properly and freeze for about 6–8 hours or overnight for best results. Pro tip: give it a quick stir after 2 hours to avoid ice crystals.
