To make this oil, you would need 4-5 bhringraj leaves, 1 cup of coconut oil, and 1 tsp fenugreek seeds. Instead of bhringraj leaves, you can also use 3 tsp bhringraj powder. 

How to make the oil?

Grind the bhringraj leaves into a thick paste. Pour coconut oil in a pan along with bhringraj leaves paste and fenugreek seeds. Heat the mixture on a low flame. After 5 minutes turn off the flame. Let the mixture cool, strain the oil and store in a container. Apply this oil twice a week for effective results. 

Tulsi Hair Oil

Easily available in every Indian house, tulsi leaves are a super ingredient for your hair. They are rich in essential nutrients, amino acids, and antioxidants that remove dandruff and prevent hair thinning and hair fall by strengthening hair follicles. To prepare it, you would need 2-3 bunches of tulsi leaves, 3 tbsp of fenugreek seeds and 1/2 cup of coconut oil

How to make the oil?

Add tulsi leaves in a blender with a few drops of water and blend it until you get a thick paste. Transfer this paste to a pan and add coconut oil to it. Heat it for five minutes then turn off the flame. Add fenugreek seeds to it and allow it to cool down. Strain the oil and store it in a dark coloured container. Apply this oil once a week for effective results.

Aloe Vera Oil

Another popular ingredient for the nourished scalp, Aloe Vera has anti-puritic properties and proteolytic enzymes in it which helps in the cleansing scalp and removing dead skin cells. It is also known as a natural cleanser that removes dirt, and excess sebum from the scalp. To prepare the oil, all you need is half a cup of freshly extracted aloe vera gel, 1/2 cup of coconut oil, and 5 drops of rosemary essential oil.

How to make the oil?

Heat half a cup of coconut oil, and add the freshly extracted aloe vera gel into the oil. Heat the mixture for about five to seven minutes. Turn off the heat and allow it to cool. Add a few drops of rosemary oil and strain the mixture and store it in the container.

Amla Hair Oil

Amla is not just good for your health but also for your hair too. This oil is an exceptional remedy for hair loss and flaky scalp. This oil blend not only nourishes your scalp but also gives you smooth and strong locks. You will need 100g Amla powder, 1-litre water, and 250 ml of coconut oil.

How to make the oil?

To prepare this oil, start with adding 80 g amla powder and water in a pan. Bring it to a boil and simmer until it reduces to half. Strain this amla concentrate and keep it aside. Now, take another pan and mix coconut oil with remaining amla powder and let it boil. Once it starts boiling, add the amla concentrate that you have kept aside and let it boil until all the water evaporates. Once it is done, strain the residual oil immediately and store it in a bottle.
