Anunath VP and Sanjana Doss' starrer Malayalam movie ‘Moonwalk’ was released in theatres on May 30, 2025. The dance movie is all set for its OTT debut. Directed by seasoned ad filmmaker Vinod AK, the film received compliments for its distinctive approach to the story upon its theatrical release. The Malayalam dance movie ‘Mookwalk’ is all set to release on July 8, 2025, on JioHotstar, starting at midnight.

Co-produced by Listin Stephen under the Magic Frames banner, alongside Jasni Ahamad, the film features over 100 a hundred newcomers in its cast. The primary members include Shersha Sherief, Anunath, Rishi Kainikkara, Siddharth B, Manoj Moses, Sujith Prabhakar, Nainita Maria, Sreekanth Murali, Meenakshi Raveendran, and Arjun Manilal. The film is jointly scripted by Vinod, Mathew Varghis, and Sunil Gopalakrishnan. The film’s technical crew include cinematographer Ansar Shah, composer Prashant Pillai, and editors Deepu Joseph and Kiran Das. The film has been funded by Listin Stephen and Jasni Ahamad under the Magic Frames banner.
Plot Of Malayalam Movie ‘Moonwalk’
Based on true events, thefilm revolves around the lives of youngsters inspired by the late Michael Jackson and striving to learn his break-dancing skills. The trailer shows young guys overcoming all the barriers to learn this dance method while navigating their education and odd jobs. The film is set in a little town in Kerala, in the 1980s.
