Fans of Pawan Kalyan can finally mark their calendars because ‘Hari Hara Veera Mallu’, the long-awaited period action film, is all set to hit the big screens. After facing multiple delays since its announcement in 2020, the film is now gearing up for a massive theatrical release, with a big promotional push happening in Hyderabad.
Hari Hara Veera Mallu Release Date
Initially planned for a March 2025 release, ‘Hari Hara Veera Mallu’ was postponed several times due to post-production delays, VFX work, and actor Pawan Kalyan’s political commitments. The makers finally confirmed the release date on social media in June 2025. The film will be released nationwide on July 24, 2025, and will be dubbed in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam to reach a wider audience.
Hari Hara Veera Mallu Plot
The film is a fictional tale set in the 17th-century Mughal Empire and centres on Veera Mallu, an outlaw who challenges imperial authority. His journey is rooted in themes of resistance and revolution, making the film more than just a period drama. The teaser reveals Pawan Kalyan as a saviour of the oppressed, taking on the Mughal rulers with strength and purpose.
Hari Hara Veera Mallu Cast
Pawan Kalyan leads the film in the role of Veera Mallu. Bollywood actor Bobby Deol plays the antagonist, portraying Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb. Nidhhi Agerwal stars as the female lead, and the cast also includes Nargis Fakhri, Nora Fatehi, Anupam Kher, Jisshu Sengupta, M Nassar, Sunil, Raghu Babu, and Subbaraju in key roles.
The film boasts an impressive crew, including Oscar-winning music composer MM Keeravaani, cinematographers Manoj Paramahamsa and Gnana Shekar V.S., and renowned art director Thota Tharani. Action sequences have been designed by top stunt experts including Nick Powell, Peter Hein, and Shyam Kaushal.
Hari Hara Veera Mallu Pre-Release Event Details
Ahead of the release, the team has planned two major promotional events in Hyderabad on July 21, 2025. The day started with a press meet at 10 am at Park Hyatt, where Pawan Kalyan and the makers addressed the media, sharing insights into the film’s long journey and historical setting.
Later in the evening, a grand pre-release event will take place at Shilpakala Vedika at 6 pm. This is one of the final major promotions before the film’s big release and has helped set the tone for the kind of impact the movie aims to deliver.
