As per reports, Gaud Saraswat Brahmin Mandal of Mumbai had decorated their Ganesha Idol with 66 kg gold and 295 kg silver. On top of that, Mandal has also taken an insurance coverage of Rs 360.45 crore.
Ganesha Got An Insurance Coverage
Last year Mandal secured an insurance plan of Rs 316.40 crore which included Rs 31.97 crore coverage for gold, silver and other precious items, and the rest of the insurance covered the pandal expenses and tourist visits.
Ganesha Idol Worth Rs 300 Crore
Ganesha Chaturthi is the most celebrated festival of Maharastra. Every Ganesha Idol in Mumbai is created with utmost zeal making them unique. Richest Mandal Of Mumbai
GSB Mandal is witnessing its 69th Ganesha Chaturthi (all about ganesha chaturthi 2023 celebration) festival since its establishment.
