With the World Cup approaching this year, let's take a look at all those beautiful weddings that took place in the cricket world last year. It sure was an eventful year for our cricketers and cricket fans. We have Australia beating England in "Ashes" but it ended with India thrashing them in their home country. Virat Kohli, as usual, won our hearts as he dominated the pitch.
However, here we won't bore you with the performances and the controversies, we shall make this light-hearted and give you a glimpse of the happy moments some of our cricketers lives last year. They found their better halves and got married so let's take a look at their wedding pics...
Aaron Finch
On April 7, Australia's Aaron Finch got married to Amy Griffith at Golden Point’s Willow and Stone Estate. The cricketer even missed the first IPL game for his wedding and joined Kings XI Punjab before the 2nd game. The occasion was graced by his co-cricketers like Glenn Maxwell, Mitch Marsh, James Faulkner, George Bailey, and Peter Siddle graced the occasion with their presence.

Sanju Samson married his girlfriend, Charulatha, in a private function in Kovalam, Kerala. The love birds were in a relationship for 5 years after which they decided to tie the knot. His cricketing career sure hit rock bottom thanks to the infamous ball-tampering scandal in early 2018, but that did not dampen his spirit. He found the love of his life and he married his longtime love, Dani Willis, September 5 and married her at Bendooley Estate in Berrima in New South Wales. The two met each other in 2011 and Smith proposed Willis in 2017.
Joe Root
The captain of England's cricket team Joe Root married his love on December 1, 2018. He married his girlfriend Carrie Cotterell in Sheffield with grandeur. The couple had been dating for two years before Root asked Cotterell to marry him in 2016. What took my breath away was when he arrived at his wedding venue in a white Rolls Royce.
Eoin Morgan
England's ODI captain Eoin Morgan married his love Tara Ridgway on November 3. The master of the ceremonies that took place at the event? It was none other than his friend and the former New Zealand batsman, Brendon McCullum. The wedding was attended by cricketers Jason Roy, Alastair Cook, and Steve Finn.
