This year, we lost some precious gems of Bollywood. With 2023 nearing the end, here is a list of Bollywood celebrities who left us too soon.

Satish Kaushik

The famous actor, director, and producer Satish Kaushik passed away on August 12, 2023, at the age of 72. He was at his farmhouse in Gurugram when he suffered a heart attack. He was immediately taken to the hospital, but could not be saved.

Javed Khan Amrohi

The 72-year-old Bollywood actor Javed Khan Amrohi died on February 14, 2023, in Mumbai under undisclosed circumstances. He started his career in the 1980s and was known for his work in many films and TV shows like ‘Lagaan’, ‘Andaz Apna-Apna’, ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’, ‘Hum Aapke Hain Koun’, ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham’ and ‘Chak De India’.

Gufi Paintal

This year, we also lost the veteran cinema and television actor Gufi Paintal on June 5, 2023. He started his career in the 1970s and went on to work in many films and TV shows including but not limited to ‘Dawa’, ‘Suhaag’, ‘Desh Pardes’, ‘Ghoom’, ‘Mahabharat’, ‘Hum Paanch’, ‘Shaktimaan’ and ‘Jai Kanhaiya Lal Ki’.
