Ingredients Required - 

  • 4 Cups Milk
  • Sugar As Per Taste
  • 1/2 Cup Almonds
  • 1/2 Cup Cashew Nuts
  • 1/2 Cup Pistachios
  • 2 Tbsp Melon Seeds
  • 5 Black Peppercorns 
  • 2 Tbsp Fennel Seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Poppy Seeds
  • 1 Tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Dry Rose Petals
  • 1/2 Tsp Saffron Strands

Directions - 

  • In a bowl, add saffron strands and some milk. Keep aside. 
  • In another bowl, add all the ingredients - almonds, cashew nuts, pistachios, watermelon seeds, fennel seeds, black peppercorns, poppy seeds, cardamom powder, rose petals. 
  • Add some water to the bowl and keep the mixture covered for atleast 1 hour. 
  • After 1 hour, strain the water and keep aside. 
  • In a blender, add nuts mixture and water. Blend to make a smooth paste. 
  • In the same blender, add cold milk and saffron milk mixture. 
  • Strain the mixture and pour into glasses. 
  • Serve chilled.
