Ingredients Required -
- 4 Cups Milk
- Sugar As Per Taste
- 1/2 Cup Almonds
- 1/2 Cup Cashew Nuts
- 1/2 Cup Pistachios
- 2 Tbsp Melon Seeds
- 5 Black Peppercorns
- 2 Tbsp Fennel Seeds
- 2 Tbsp Poppy Seeds
- 1 Tsp Cardamom Powder
- 2 Tbsp Dry Rose Petals
- 1/2 Tsp Saffron Strands
- In a bowl, add saffron strands and some milk. Keep aside.
- In another bowl, add all the ingredients - almonds, cashew nuts, pistachios, watermelon seeds, fennel seeds, black peppercorns, poppy seeds, cardamom powder, rose petals.
- Add some water to the bowl and keep the mixture covered for atleast 1 hour.
- After 1 hour, strain the water and keep aside.
- In a blender, add nuts mixture and water. Blend to make a smooth paste.
- In the same blender, add cold milk and saffron milk mixture.
- Strain the mixture and pour into glasses.
- Serve chilled.
