Bollywood actress Ileana D'Cruz has announced the birth of her second child with husband Michael Dolan. The couple welcomed a baby boy on June 19, 2025, and named him Keanu Rafe Dolan.

What Keanu Rafe Dolan Really Mean
Keanu is of Hawaiian origin and is typically translated as ‘cool breeze.’ Some interpretations extend it to ‘cool breeze over the mountains,’ giving the name a serene, airy quality. It conjures up a sense of peace, calm, and refreshing natural beauty, much like the gentle wind it describes.
Rafe, on the other hand, brings together meanings from various parts of the world. In English, Scandinavian, and German traditions, Rafe is often seen as a shortened form of Ralph, meaning ‘counsel of the wolf’ or ‘wise wolf.’ In Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, and Hebrew, it’s usually a nickname for Rafael, which means ‘God has healed.’
Then there’s Dolan, a name with layers. It’s most commonly recognised as an Irish surname or first name, particularly for boys. But in Hindi, dolan means oscillation or swing, a motion that reflects rhythm, change, and cycles.
Growing Family for the Couple
This marks the second child for D'Cruz and Dolan. The couple previously welcomed their first son, Koa Phoenix Dolan, on August 1, 2023. When announcing Koa's birth, the actress had written, "No words could explain how happy we are to welcome our darling boy to the world. Heart's beyond full."
