anise oil

  • 1 drop anise oil
  • 1 tbsp carrier oil (argan and hemp work best)

You can obtain anise oil in three different ways.

  • First is that you get some from the store directly.
  • Another is the method of hot infusion. Here you grind the anise and add to a boiling almond oil for a few minutes and strain when it cools down.
  • The last would be via a cold infusion where you add the stars to oil of your choice and allow it to soak in the oil for a few days. After 7 days when the oil becomes fragrant then it is good to use.
  • Now, mix the oils
  • Massage on your skin wherever it is needed.
  • Let sit for 30 minutes
  • Clean it off with rose water.
  • Apply only once or twice a week
