Bollywood Diva Jacqueline Fernandez also loves performing her yoga asanas at home. In fact, she recently gave us an ultimate crash course of her fitness routine that she does at home.
Taking to her Instagram the actor shared a few videos where she can be seen stretching her toned body. Clad in a cute magenta pink dress, Jacqueline showed her fans how to do extremely simple asanas like cat pose. Giving some tips the actor wrote alongside her post that, “keep that spine healthy and happy! Yoga poses are my fav, anytime, anywhere!”

Alongside another clip she shared on the photo and video sharing platform, the 34-year-old star recommended her followers to, “make sure you put on some good relaxing music and breathe!!!” Her posts garnered much appreciation. While some fans praised her fit physique, others gave her fitness recommendation thumps up.
Jacqueline’s yoga routine looks extremely easy. Even those who have a tight working schedule can perform these poses as it may hardly take 10-minutes for your day. The key is to get the basics right of doing these poses. But, if you have strong determination and zeal for a fit body, you can master Jacqueline’s yoga routine in no time. During an interview with one of the leading entertainment newspapers, the Kick star spoke about her gymnastic training. “I train with Kuldeep [Shashi] thrice a week. I often share my routines online because I think it's important that people understand how and where I access [these classes], so they can too."

She also added that "It [the fitness training] enhances my flexibility, so I'm able to use the skills that I've acquired in yoga here. You also need to have enough strength to pull gymnastics, so my training in the boot camp, [is tested]. Also, action [drills] are always great to incorporate. In our field, they can be used in various ways [to enhance] the characters we play."
